So today Jess (the trainer) kicked my butt!! We were going to work out legs, but then half-way through I got a HUGE cramp in my right hamstring. So we switched modes to do a little upper body (mostly back and traps). Needless to say, I'm pooped. I absolutely love how I feel though. I love being tired and I love feeling like I've been beat up! haha. I just keep telling myself that I can do it. And so far, I am!
It's fun because I have people commenting me and texting me telling me that I can do it and that I am doing great. It really helps. Sooo if you wouldn't mind letting me know what you think and what questions you have by commenting I would LOVE it. I will try and answer as best as I can. Well that's my quick update for now. I'll jump on next time I get a chance.~~>Crabby
